Not Just Horses Getting Buyers to ARQANA

Media Release - Monday June 29
From next week's Summer Sale onwards, customers of ARQANA in Deauville will discover a new caterer as well as some renovated bars and restaurants.

After more than 20 years with chef Philippe Pierry at the helm, Henri Morel will now take responsibility for all the catering on the Deauville complex.

Having gained a solid experience in the most prestigious gastronomic restaurants in France and abroad, Henri Morel ran the restaurant "Le Yearling", around the corner from the sales grounds, for several years. He now specialises in catering and his services are in high demand with the local clientele.

The popular "Le Resto", located at the back of the sales ring, will continue to offer a seated, quality service all day long, but buyers and vendors alike will now also have the option of a brand-new self-service restaurant called "Le Floor" (formerly La Grange), where they will find attractive breakfast and lunch menus at competitive prices.

The "C" bar, located in the namesake yard, has also been renovated while in the main yard, "Le Zinc" bar has gained a new, cosy terrace which will surely prove very popular in the summer.Above the sales ring and with a panoramic view over the sales grounds, "Le 360°" lounge bar will be the best place to relax over a drink and some tapas while keeping an eye on proceedings.
