The bay, out of Italian winner More Respect, will be trained by Andre Fabre after selling to Laurent Benoit of the Broadhurst Agency.
The colt impressed many with a fast gallop on Tuesday and was offered by Willie Browne's Mocklershill, having been purchased by Peter and Ross Doyle for 50,000 gns the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale last year.
"We were delighted with that result, it's a great price," Browne told the Racing Post.
"He breezed very well and we were hopeful on the back of that, that there would be plenty of interest.
"It was always the plan to come to this sale, as there are always one or two who stand out and make good money.
"We felt this horse was the ideal candidate and we were also very happy to see Zoffany have three winners at Royal Ascot. That was a big help."
Coolmore's son of Dansili matched the feat of New Approach in siring three winners at Royal Ascot - Waterloo Bridge, Illuminate and Washington DC - in his first season.
His first Australian conceived offspring will race next season.
