A dual Group II-winning galloper from Britain is in quarantine ahead of linking up with the Chris Waller stable this spring.
Kool Kompany has been owned by Australian interests, including Neil Werrett of Black Caviar fame, since being passed in for $A1.3 million at last year's Doncaster Bloodstock Sale.
The son of Jeremy is primarily a sprinter-miler, having won stakes races from 5-1/2 furlongs to 8 furlongs under the training of Richard Hannon.
Kool Kompany's most recent start came in the Group III Thoroughbred Stakes (8f) at Goodwood on July 31 which resulted in a second placing behind Malabar.
Waller said he is undecided on whether the colt will feature this spring. The champion trainer has won five Doncaster Miles since 2008 and has the 2016 edition of the race in mind for the four-year-old.
