BlueBlood Thoroughbreds End Winter With a Win

Media Release - Monday August 31

BlueBlood Thoroughbreds purchase Shebrings Class posted her second win from 12 starts taking out race 3 at Bathurst on Monday the 31stof August.

Shebrings ClassThe Sebring mare was first up after a lengthy spell but proved too classy for her rivals winning the 1106m event by 1.3 lengths.

Jumping from barrier 7 of 8, jockey Rachael Murray wasted little time in taking Shebrings Class to the lead.

"It was quite easy for her (to lead) but she's the sort of horse you can't fight" commented Rachael Murray.

"She looks fantastic, a huge credit to the people at home" Rachael said.

Rachael controlled the tempo perfectly throughout the race and Shebrings Class gave a good kick in the straight, always looking like the winner.

It has been a great training effort by Michael Costa and his team who have put in endless hours turning her into a racehorse. Congratulations to all of the connections in Shebrings Class.

BlueBlood Thoroughbreds are hoping to make it 2 winners in a row when headliner Secret Agenda returns from injury in race 4 at Sandown (lakeside) this Wednesday.
