Another Juvenile Winner for Sebring

Tara Madgwick - Thursday May 19
Sebring sired his 11th two year-old winner this season at Ballarat on Wednesday when Sebrikka scored an easy victory for David Hayes and Tom Dabernig.

Sebrikka as a yearlingUnplaced against strong company on debut at Rosehill last December, Sebrikka has returned a stronger filly and charged home from back in the field to score a three-quarter length win in the 1000 metre dash.

A $100,000 Inglis Premier purchase for Lindsay Park Bloodstock from the Eliza Park International draft, Sebrikka is the fourth winner for Sinikka, who comes from the family of Group II winner The Heavyweight and stakes-winners such as Excelorada and So Anyway.

Sebrikka adds to a great run of success being enjoyed by Widden Stud's flagship sire Sebring with his juveniles.

He has moved to second on the 2YO Sires List by winners behind only Snitzel, both stallions benefitted by big crops of juveniles to run for them, Snitzel with 185 and Sebring with 157.
