13th Stakes-Winner for I Am Invincible

Tara Madgwick - Saturday July 30
Yarraman Park's I Am Invincible closed out the season with a bang when his promising daughter Viddora captured the Listed SAJC Lightning Stakes at Morphettville on Saturday.

Trained on the track by Lloyd Kennewell, Viddora was luckless at her most recent start when blocked for and finishing out of the placings, so was then given a freshen up.

I Am InvincibleShe obviously thrived on the short break and was able to overcome an outside gate to post a half neck win in the 1050 metre sprint.

A $40,000 Magic Millions Adelaide purchase for her trainer from the Riva Ridge draft, Viddora has won five of 12 starts earning over $220,000.

Bred by Riva Ridge, Viddora is the first winner for good metropolitan winner Snow Flight, a daughter of blue-blooded Zabeel stallion Colombia.

Snow Flight has a weanling colt by Fiorente (IRE) and was covered last spring by Magnus.

Viddora is the 13th stakes-winner for I Am Invincible and is his sixth Australian stakes-winner this season.

Fully booked at Yarraman Park at a fee of $55,000, I Am Invincible has two sons at stud with dual Group I winner Brazen Beau expecting his first foals for Darley and Super One kicking off at Newgate Farm at a fee of $11,000.
