Exciting young sire Your Song added two new winners to his burgeoning tally on Saturday with victories at Morphettville and the Gold Coast for Split Lip and Miss Exfactor.

Your SongThe Will Clarken trained filly Split Lip was placed at her first two runs in December and January before going for a short break.

She returned in the 1000 metre maiden as favourite and raced away for an easy two and a quarter length win.

An $11,000 Inglis Classic purchase from her trainer from the Lincoln Farm draft, Split Lip is the first winner for Little Less Lip, a three-quarter sister-in-blood to Group I winner Blevvo.

Second to Magic Millions 2YO Classic winner Houtzen on debut on March 4, the Tony Gollan trained filly Miss Exfactor was a red hot favourite at the Gold Coast and ran accordingly.

She led all the way and won the 1200 metre open juvenile event by more than a length.

A $70,000 Magic Millions Book II purchase from the Widden Stud draft for McLachlan Racing, Miss Exfactor is the second winner for Search for Fame, a half-sister by Quest for Fame (GB) to Group II winner Impaler.

Split Lip and Miss Exfactor make it six winners for Your Song, who has a clear lead on the Australian First Season Sires List by winners.
