Cherry ripe to hit her peak at her third run back from a spell, Diddums (images Steve Hart) was picked from the yard by Sky Channel's Lizzie Jelfs as the best on appearance and ran right up to her good looks.
The Gerald Ryan trained filly worked forward to lead for Sam Clipperton and was never headed.
She cruised to the line to win the 1200 metre sprint by a length and three-quarters taking her overall record to three wins and three placings from seven starts with prizemoney in excess of $187,000.
"She was very brave," said Sam Clipperton.
"Gerald left it up to me, but she got to the front effortlessly, so it was easy to rate her well in front."
A half-sister to stakes-placed Brettan, Diddums is one of four winners from Raheights, a half-sister by Rahy to stakes-winners Moulin Lady and Bannock.
Raheights produced a colt by Caulfield Guineas winner Shooting to Win last spring and was subsequently covered by Pride of Dubai.
Diddums is the 57th stakes-winner for Snitzel, who is the most represented sire at the Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale next week.
