Divine Prophet to Shuttle to Ireland

Aquis Farm has announced an exciting new partnership with Tara Stud, Co Meath, Ireland,which will see leading sprinter-miler and popular freshman sire Divine Prophet shuttle to stand the 2018 Northern Hemisphere season.

Divine ProphetTara Stud was established in 1906 and has produced numerous top-class horses including the likes of HAYMAKING who won the Coronation and the Nassau Stakes, and WASSL the winner of Irish Two thousand Guineas, amongst various other Group and Stakes winners. The late KEY OF LUCK, sire of ALMSHAR (Irish Derby and King George Stakes winner) also stood at Tara Stud for almost 16 years.

The stud is managed by Derek Iceton who has over 30 years' experience in the breeding industry, and he is a leading figure in the Irish Bloodstock world and active at all major sales in Ireland, Great Britain and France. Divine Prophet will join the small select roster at Tara Stud that includes two sons of Dark Angel – Alhebayeb and Estidhkaar. Both were owned and raced by global racing moguls Shadwell Stud.
