Six Straight in South Africa for Snitzel Colt

Exciting three year-old Snitzel colt Unannounced maintained his unbeaten record when he made it six wins in as many starts after beating older horses to take out the Marula Sprint at Scottsville on Sunday.

Trained by Charles Laird for Mr and Mrs Markus Jooste, Unannounced scored by three-quarters of a length.

Unannounced (pictured as a yearling) was a $220,000 purchase from the Patinack Farm draft at the 2010 Magic Millions Yearling Sale and is the third winner from the Dehere (USA) mare Dialogue, a half-sister to Group I Caulfield Cup winner Diatribe from the family of Danehill.
