Top class Tasmanian mare Lady Lynette was back in winning form at the feature Launceston meeting overnight winning the Listed Carlton Draft Vamos Stakes over 1400 metres, her victory providing a timely boost to her yearling half-brother that will be offered by Armidale Stud at the 2012 Inglis Premier Yearling Sale.

Prepared by David and Scott Brunton, Lady Lynette (pictured) has been an amazingly consistent mare, the now seven year-old daughter of Ladoni (IRE) boasting the impressive record of 14 wins and 17 placings from 47 starts with prizemoney in excess of $1million.

Her half-brother by Magnus from the Coronation Day mare Queen's Own will be offered as Lot 147 and is one of six yearlings sent across for the Victorian sale by leading Tasmanian farm Armidale Stud.
