Champion Thoroughbreds Parade and Party This Sunday

The Champion Thoroughbreds annual Yearling Parade and Party is on this Sunday at the Inglis Sales Complex in Randwick!.

Join the Champion Team, existing owners and interested parties, that will be gathering to view the parade of this years yearlings available for syndication in the historical Inglis Sales ring, with a running commentary from Champion's trainer John O'Shea and Champion's Director Jason Abrahams. (pictured is Champion Thoroughbreds Group I winner Zabrasive).

Five horses in total will are available for syndication and all will be paraded on Sunday. There will be three colts and a filly purchased out of NZ Sale in Jan/Feb.

These include:

A colt by High Chaparral out of a Listed-placed mare with 66 wins in his first two generations

A filly by Champion 2yo sire More Than Ready from a family full stakes-winning fillies

A colt by record breaking speed sire Northern Meteor out of a half-sister to Celebrity Girl

A colt by Cox Plate winner Savabeelfrom the family of Runyon

The fifth yearling was purchased a few days ago at the Inglis Premier Yearling Sale in Melbourne.

A colt by the current Champion Australian Sire, Lonhro out of a group winning family, that includes Champion Racehorse Laverock and recent Breeders Plate (2yo) winner, Pierro, who's also by Lonhro.

Following the yearling parade you will be invited upstairs to enjoy drinks and canapés with radio personality Terry Kennedy, TV personality Roz Kellyand trainer, John O'Shea.
