On
a busy weekend of racing the Australian General Sires List was given a shake up
with three stallions cracking $1million in earnings.
Darley based Commands was hot to trot with a stakes double at Rosehill courtesy
of Ambidexter and Epaulette, who scored a last stride win in the $1million ATC
Golden Rose.
A three-quarter brother to last year's Caulfield Guineas winner Helmet,
Epaulette is the third Golden Rose winner for Commands joining Paratroopers and
Court Command.
Redoute's Choice and Lonhro were the other two sires to break the million
dollar mark in earnings with Fastnet Rock nipping at their heels
