The Australian-bred six-year-old son of High Chaparral finished strongly to win the 2400m domestic Group I contest for trainer Ramapatee Gujadhur who saddled four of the 11 runners and was winning the race for the fourth time.

Enaad came from midfield to defeat ML Jet by two lengths with Trackmaster a neck away third in front of an enthusiastic crowd at Champ de Mars.

A half-brother to the Group I Blue Diamond Stakes winner Pride Of Dubai, Enaad raced in South Africa before finding his way to Mauritius.

Arnold and Gujadhur combined to win the Barbe Cup over 1600m in July with Tandragee.

You can watch the race below, Enaad in the light blue jacket, red cap, and towards the rear early.
