ed by Gai Waterhouse Racing / Adrian Bott for $300,000 out of the Lime Country draft at Inglis Easter, Narvaez has won two races and placed three times from 10 starts earning just shy of $100,000 in prizemoney.

Bred by Makybe, Narvaez is the sixth foal and third winner from Headway who was honoured as the Champion 2YO Filly in Australia in 2008/09. Her career defining win came in the Group I VRC Coolmore Stud Stakes and she was runner-up in the Golden Slipper.

Headway changed hands in 2018 when bought by Rosemont Stud at the Inglis Chairman’s Sale for $220,000 and produced a colt for them this spring by Spirit of Boom.

Narvaez is another nice winner for Golden Slipper winning sire Vancouver, who has 11 entries for Magic Millions 2021.
