DalgharBred to be a serious stallion, Dalghar is a half-brother by renowned shuttle sire Anabaa to champion racehorses and successful sires Daylami and Dalakhani( who shuttled to Cornerstone Stud),.

His classic pedigree was matched with world class quality and speed, Dalghar retiring as a brilliant Group III winning sprinter miler that set a course record at Longchamp for 1400 metres.

Given his credentials it's no surprise to see him producing quality winners such as stakes-winner Astara, the James Cummings trained Derby contender Gauquin (read about him here) and Monday's impressive Te Rapa winner Miss Dalghar, a two length winner as a hot favourite at just her second start for Frank Ritchie.

Brighthill Farm will offer two stunning colts by Dalghar in NZB Premier.
