I Am Invincible Tops 2022 Golden Slipper Entries

Tara Madgwick - Wednesday July 14

There are over 2300 entries for the 2022 Golden Slipper to be run at Rosehill in March next year and Yarraman Park’s champion sire I Am Invincible has the most of any sire with 124.

The most expensive yearling by I Am Invincible sold in 2021 is entered for the Golden Slipper.
His entries are headed by his most expensive yearling sold in 2021, the filly from star producer Hips Don’t Lie that was bought by Sheamus Mills Bloodstock for $1,950,000 at Inglis Easter.

A half-sister to stakes-winners Lake Geneva, Ennis Hill and this season’s unbeaten juvenile Acrobat, the star filly has been entered by Mick Price Racing.

Another of his high profile entries is two year-old colt I Am Caviar, whose dam is undefeated world champion sprinter Black Caviar.

Cassadee – filly, first foal from NZ Horse of the Year Bonneval.
Dakota Vroom – filly, first foal from G1 Blue Diamond Stakes winner Catchy.
Johnny Dash – half-brother to G1 Robert Sangster Stakes winner Spright.
