1st

PERAST

DAMIAN LANE

It took me a few hundred metres to get him to settle but once he did, I thought he'd be a great hope and he ran really well.

2nd

SUMMER PASSAGE

MARK ZAHRA

He ran well but he peaked 100(m) out and he'll improve again.

3rd

KEMENTARI

KERRIN MCEVOY

I'm pretty happy with his run. An extra furlong is going to suit him and he's had a look around Caulfield. He's going to show better again next time.

4th

ROYAL SYMPHONY

DWAYNE DUNN

Obviously you want to keep winning but things were against him today. He's looking for the 1600(m) and he'll have a little gear change before the Guineas. Don't write him off just yet.

5th

ÉCLAIR SUNSHINE

REGAN BAYLISS

He was very green in the straight so that run will do him the world of good and the extra 200m will be fine for Guineas day.

6th

LEVENDI

BEN MELHAM

He ran well. He had to get back from the barrier and they went too slow but he ran well.

7th

INVADER

HUGH BOWMAN

He's not racing to his class. Maybe he just needs some moisture in the ground to see the best of him.

8th

AL PASSEM

BEN THOMPSON

He began OK and I was probably going to be caught deep unless I came back but he was probably outclassed I'd say.

9th

MURAAHIB

BLAKE SHINN

He was disappointing today. I rode him quietly like first-up and he wasn't the same horse today.
