ANOTHER GREAT FOR SHAMUS

It’s 2 in a row and 3 overall for SHAMUS AWARD 3YO, Great Diviner who again showed plenty of ticker to capture the Weslo Security Handicap over 1300m at Morphettville on Saturday for Will Clarken.

Hailing from the Domesday mare Melcordy (the ‘nick’ has produced 2 winners from as many runners), Great Diviner was bred by Golden Grove Stud and is raced by G & C Pastoral.

In a season which has produced Group 1 winners Duais, Media Award and Mr Quickie, Great Diviner is among 95 individual winners of $9 million plus for Shamus Award in 2020/21.
