By the late Tavistock and out of the Zabeel mare Zarzino, Tarzino has been tasked to carry the tradition that those before him have established and with his first crop now three-year-old’s they have undoubtedly made an impression by way of physical appearance and importantly their ability to run with already winners in both Australia and New Zealand.

Standing at a good size of 16.2hh, Tarzino himself was looked at the classic staying three-year-old type that is known to be produced within NZ having won the VRC Derby, Gr.1, and the Rosehill Guineas, Gr.1, while he also displayed versatility going close to winning the 1600m Australian Guineas, Gr.1, at Flemington, a race won by Zabeel.
