The third dam of Cormorant is Group I winner Shemaka, who is the grand-dam of Top Actress.

Lot 314 is metropolitan winning Sebring mare Seababe, a half-sister to lightly raced I Am Invincible three year-old Lombardo.

Seababe

Trained by Mick Price and Mick Kent Jr, he won by three lengths at Morphettville last Saturday, his second win from just four starts

Lot 339 is blue-blooded import Zerenda (Fr), who has a host of unraced relatives in training for the Aga Khan that have the potential to turn a good pedigree into a great one.

Zerenda

Zerenda comes from an outstanding Aga Khan family with her second dam being champion race mare and Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe winner Zarkava, who has already produced the G1 winner Zarak and stakes winner Zarkamiya.

Zarkava has the following progeny to race:

- Zarkallani (2016 Invincible Spirit Gelding) Metropolitan winner and is due to race in black type races in the coming weeks.
- Zaykava (2017 Siyouni Filly) Reported to have shown good ability but has needed time and should make her debut in the near future.
- Zaskar (2018 Sea The Stars Colt) Unraced. Reported to be a nice, well balanced individual.
- Unnamed 2019 Dubawi Filly
- Unnamed 2020 Frankel Filly

Zerenda's dam Zerkaza has the following progeny to race:

- Zeyrek (2017 Sea The Stars Colt) Reported to be a good looking individual who is progressing nicely with trainer Alain de Royer-Dupre. He is due to make his debut in the coming weeks.
- Zeroua (2018 Siyouni Filly) Unraced. Reported to be held in very high regard by her trainer Alain de Royer-Dupre.
- Unnamed 2019 Fastnet Rock Filly
- Unnamed 2020 Dabirsim Colt

All of these beautifully bred horses are all owned by the Aga Khan and will be given every chance to succeed on the track and at stud.
