Debut Winner for Super One

Tara Madgwick - Sunday July 26

Promising young Newgate Farm sire Super One added a ninth first crop winner to his tally with a debut winner on Sunday in One Lotto.

The John Keys trained gelding scored an easy length and a half win at Devonport over 1150m.

One Lotto was a successful pinhook, bought by his trainer for $45,000 at the Magic Millions Tasmanian Yearling Sale from the Armidale Stud draft after first being sold for $20,000 at the Inglis Australian Weanling Sale from the Middlebrook Valley Lodge draft.

One Lotto is the first winner for Potluck, a Sydney metropolitan winning grand-daughter of stakes-winner Snapshots from the family of triple Group I winner Sea Siren.

Potluck has a weanling filly by Winning Rupert and is in foal to Flying Artie.

Super One

A brilliantly fast son of champion sire I Am Invincible, Super One has made a pleasing start to his stud career with nine winners and stands at a fee of $11,000.
