15th Stakes-Winner for Epaulette

Tara Madgwick - Friday September 11

Proven Darley sire Epaulette added a 15th stakes-winner to his tally overnight in France where Amica Nostra captured the Listed La Coupe de Marseilles (1m2f).

The lightly raced three year-old filly scored by a length and has won two of four starts.

Amica Nostra is a half-sister to stakes-winner Silberpfeil from winning Royal Applause mare Qenaa, a daughter of stakes-winner Into the Woods.

She is the fifth stakes-winner for Epaulette conceived in the Northern Hemisphere from his four seasons of shuttling to Ireland for Darley.

The best of those stakes-winners is this year’s Group I Del Mar Oaks winner Red Lark.
