Prepared by George Osborne, flashy Show a Heart filly Miss Vista was a dazzler in the mounting yard and also when the gates opened and the serious racing business began.

She flew to the front and was in a class of her own, cruising home alone to win by five and a half lengths, covering the 1000 metres in a brisk 57:31 with Ben Allen in the saddle.
Retained to race by her breeder Dick Karreman of New Zealand based The Oaks
Stud, Miss Vista was foaled here in Australia at his Victorian property
Glenfern Park Stud. She is the first winner for Cape Tycoon, a placed Cape Cross (IRE) mare from the family of Group III winner Sam Sung a Song. Cape Tycoon produced a colt by Fighting Sun last year, who is unremarkable in colouring and was subsequently covered by the same sire.
Miss Vista has lit up social media today and I sense a cult following for this filly if she can reproduce the brilliance we saw today!
Move over Apache Cat, Miss Vista is in the house!
