First Foal for Exceedance

Vinery Stud have reported the first foal born for their brilliant Group I winning Exceed and Excel stallion Exceedance.

Exceedance covered 142 mares last spring at a fee of $38,5000 and one of the first foals to arrive is Sledmere Stud’s colt from Catchulata.

He is the third foal of the winning Charge Forward mare, who comes from the family of dual Group I winner Response, dam of Golden Slipper winner Estijaab and exciting three year-old colt Remarque.

Exceedance stands at a fee of $33,000 this spring.
