Darley Announce 2022 US Fees

Darley have announced service fees for their US roster at Jonabell Farm in 2022 with perennial favourite Medaglia D’Oro leading the list at $US100,000.



At age 22, Medaglia D’Oro no longer shuttles to Australia, but his Australian Group I winning son Astern is on the US roster again for next year at a fee of $US10,000.

Astern has had eight first-crop winners this year in the US. His daughter Sail By will be making her next start in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf following an impressive win in the “Win and You’re In” Group II Miss Grillo Stakes at Belmont.

Currently in Australia, Street Boss (USA) and Frosted (USA) are also on the list standing at $US15,000 and $US20,000 respectively.

Street Boss has become a favourite in Australia thanks to his outstanding son Anamoe and has switched to the Hunter Valley from Victoria this year and stands at a fee of $55,000, while Frosted stands in Victoria at a fee of $44,000.
