Reigning champion stallion Written Tycoon raced the top of the two-year-old standings following the win of Coolangatta in the Magic Millions 2yo Classic.

Newgate Farm’s Russian Revolution vaulted to the lead for champion fist season stallion following the excellent second of the very talented Russian Conquest in the 2yo Classic.

Coolmore Stud’s Merchant Navy put his first winner on the board at Ascot on Saturday. But it is still all to play for with the babies. The scene will change rapidly in the coming weeks with the Blue Diamond and Golden Slipper prelims rapidly approaching.
