More South African Success for Maurice Filly

Arrowfield Stud shuttler Maurice (Jpn) has a smart filly in South Africa in three year-old Whoa Whoa Whoa, who scored her third victory at Kenilworth on Tuesday.

Trained by Brett Crawford for Ridgemont Stud, Whoa Whoa Whoa was favourite for the 1200m fillies and mares Pinnacle Stakes over 1200m and ran out an easy length and a half winner.

With three wins and a second from four starts, Whoa Whoa Whoa is building a tidy record.
 



A homebred for Ridgemont, Whoa Whoa Whoa is a half-sister to Group II winner Kitty Cat Chat (Press Statement) and is the second foal and second winner for stakes-winning Fast ‘n’ Famous mare What’s New Pussycat (NZ), a half-sister to stakes-winner Seaway.

What’s New Pussycat (NZ) was exported from Australia in 2019.
