Six Length Debut Winner for Estijaab

Golden Slipper winner Estijaab is on the board with her first foal a winner overnight at Kempton on the all weather track in the UK.

A homebred for Emirates Park, the Roger Varian trained two year-old Frankel filly Ejaabiyah strode clear to win the 1m novice by an impressive six lengths under David Egan.

d Egan was full of praise for the filly, whose dam Estijaab was the Champion 2YO of 2017- 2018 and whose grand-dam Response won the Group I MRC Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes and SAJC Robert Sangster Stakes.

 

Estijaab has a yearling filly by Night of Thunder and was then sent to North America to be covered by Gun Runner.

Estijaab was a $1.7million Inglis Easter purchase that won the Slipper for Emirates - image Steve Hart.

Emirates Park did a similar thing with their other Golden Slipper winning filly Mossfun, who also started her stud career in Europe before returning home to Australia.
