The $2million Group I MRC Blue Diamond Stakes (1200m) this Saturday has attracted a full field with emergencies and on a sale mail front it’s an interesting one with three individual million dollar yearling purchases last year making the field and all three could figure in the mix.

Most expensive runner is $1.6million I Am Invincible colt Bodyguard, who was bred and sold by Emirates Park at Magic Millions and purchased by James Harron Bloodstock and is one of two runners in the race for the astute bloodstock agent. His second runner is Pierata colt Fearless, a $220,000 Inglis Classic purchase from Highgrove Stud.

 

Enezza was a sale ring star for Silverdale Farm selling for $1.1million at Magic Millions.

Exceed and Excel filly Eneeza was a $1.1million Magic Millions purchase for Kia Ora Stud from the Silverdale Farm draft and was the most expensive filly by her sire sold in 2023.

 

High Octane is the highest priced Deep Field ever sold and looks just like him.
