The death has been announced in France of former shuttle-stallion Thewayyouare.

The son of Kingmambo won the 2007 Group 1 Criterium de Saint-Cloud and was rated the best two-year-old in France of that year.

ThewayyouareThewayyouare commenced his stud career at Ashford Stud in Kentucky, where he sired Grade I winner Toast of New York from his first crop, and spent five years at Coolmore in Ireland before moving to Germany and finally the Haras de Corlay in France.

Thewayyouare shuttled to Windsor Park Stud for the first time in 2010 season. His best runners from his New Zealand-conceived offspring include Wanganui Guineas winner Twya and the Waikato Stud Slipper winner Prince Mambo.
