Golden Slipper Order of Entry – The Path from Here

Tara Madgwick - Tuesday February 25

The order of entry for the Golden Slipper got a good shake up last weekend with two colts zooming straight to the top of the list in Beiwacht who is exempt from ballot and Devil Night, who won the $2million Group I MRC Blue Diamond Stakes.

The list below features all of the horses with $100,000 or more prizemoney and with three rounds of qualifiers over the next three weeks in Sydney the list is likely to get plenty of re-shaping as we get to the grand final on March 22.

The Group III ATC Sweet Embrace Stakes on Saturday for the fillies has a great list of nominations including Bellazaine, who beat Beiwacht in the Listed ATC Lonhro Plate with that form now looking decidedly stronger.

Also Memo, who may well be Australia’s best maiden with four stakes placings at her only four starts.

The Group III ATC Skyline Stakes will see Inglis Millennium winner Rivellino looking to stay undefeated along with the underdog Shaggy, stay tuned!
