First Winner for Victor Ludorum

Confirmed to shuttle to Darley NSW for a fourth season this spring, Victor Ludorum (GB) is on the board with his first winner after Viva La Skids charged home to win at Saint Cloud in France overnight.

Trained by Adam West and ridden by Fabrice Veron, two year-old filly Viva La Skids was making her debut and hit the line hard from back in the field to win by a neck.

Viva La Skids was bought by her owner Ross Deacon for just €6,000 from the Arqana Deauville November Yearling Sale.

She is the first winner for Mandoline, a Muhaarar mare from the family of Group I winner Desert Blanc.

Victor Ludorum (GB)

A Group I winning son of Shamardal, Victor Ludorum has had his fee dropped for this season to just $11,000.
