Seven Length 2YO Winner for Hinch

Fresh from siring brilliant two year-old filly Seabrook to win the Group I ATC Champagne Stakes at Randwick on Saturday, Hinchinbrook quickly added another juvenile winner to his tally when Hinchrider bolted in at Ballarat on Sunday.

Hinchrider as a yearling sold by AquisTrained by Archie Alexander, he was having his first run since finishing down the track behind top colt Written By in the Group III MRC Blue Diamond Prelude.

He must have shown connections good ability before contesting that race and confirmed his potential today with a facile victory.

Hinchrider led all the way for Jordan Childs and won the 1200 metre maiden by seven lengths.

A $120,000 Magic Millions purchase for Stanley Chin Racing from the Aquis Farm draft, Hinchrider was a successful pinhook having been bought by Aquis for $100,000 from the Inglis Australian Weanling Sale out of the Middlebrook Valley Lodge draft.

A half-brother to stakes-placed Too Many Reds, Hinchrider was bred by Jilly Henderson is the eighth winner from good producer Red Centre.

Hinchrider is the tenth Australian two year-old winner this season for Hinchinbook, who is equal second with Not a Single Doubt with only Spirit of Boom ahead of them.
