Racing Queensland have today released order of entry updates for the rich $3million Magic Millions 2YO Classic and 3YO Guineas to be run at the Gold Coast on January 17 with last week’s three 2YO debutants coming into the top 10.
It’s been something of a pivotal week for the race with Friday’s debut winner Lumbini (Russian Revoluton) now second in the ballot while the Ciaron Maher debut winner Unit Five (Supido) ranks at number five.
Bjorn Baker’s Randwick debut winner Warwoven (Sword Of State) sits at number eight.

In the betting markets, that trio hold the three spots on Tab.com.au behind $3.50 race favourite Paradoxium, with Warwoven a well backed $4.50, Lumbini $6.00 and Unit Five $7.00.
We talked about the Magic Millions in this week's Tara Talks Racing Podcast. Have a listen.
The 3YO Guineas is all about Cool Archie and will he or won’t he.
He remains at the top of betting markets however was pulled from his return run last week after pulling up with an issue in trackwork and there has been no word on the results of subsequent scans.
Last Friday’s Gold Coast winner Swordplay is a significant mover, up to 13th in the ballot order which will secure a start.
