The Listed MRC Blue Diamond Preview was won by Alabama Express colt Alibaba with co-trainer Kasey Keys outlining her plan to head towards the Inglis Millennium with the talented youngster, who is not entered for the Blue Diamond. Read about him here.

Second to subsequent Karaka Million winner Dream Roca on debut last month, the Chris and Corey Munce trained Profiteer colt Star of Jamaica was an impressive winner at the Sunshine Coast.

Star of Jamaica might not be the only runner for first season sire Profiteer, who won the Inglis Millennium back in 2021 to earn a slot on the Newgate Farm roster.

He is also the sire of promising Bjorn Baker trained filly Profitabelle, who was third on debut at Randwick to Knightsbride on January 3. She was given a barrier trial at Randwick this morning against older horses and scored a stylish win, settling back in the field and hitting the line hard.
