$380,000 Home Affairs Filly Sold by Mullaglass Stud

Tara Madgwick - Tuesday February 10

Mullaglass Stud have had some great results at Inglis Classic over the last few days and produced a lovely Home Affairs filly to fetch $380,000 on Tuesday.

$380,000 Home Affairs filly from You Rang.

The highest price so far at this sale for her exciting young sire, the filly from You Rang was knocked down to Ellerslie Lodge/ Bryce Heys.

Heys revealed the filly would be the first Home Affairs to join his stable.

“She’s the first one we’ve bought, but the talk on them is very good and she is an outstanding physical,” Heys said after the sale.

She is the third foal of You Rang, a winning half-sister by Sebring to Group III winner Rise of the Masses from Group I winner and Champion NZ 2YO Ruud Awakening.

Mullaglass Stud purchased You Rang from the 2024 Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale for $150,000 when she was in foal to Home Affairs with this filly the result of the mating, so a great investment!

She has a filly to follow by Zousain and went to Harry Angel (IRE) last spring.
