Smart Winner for Torryburn

Tara Madgwick - Friday August 31
Twin Hills Stud's Smart Missile finished last season with all guns blazing and has powered through August in similar form racking up his 25th winner of the month at Goulburn on Friday with a stylish debut victory for Torryburn Stud homebred The Soloist.

Smart MissilePrepared by Richard Freedman and ridden by Kayla Nisbet, The Soloist was favourite for the 1200 metre maiden and forged clear to win by three-quarters of a length.
