One to Watch – Seymour

Tara Madgwick - Thursday November 15
The Seymour meeting on Thursday gave us a ‘One to Watch’ when this blue-blooded So You Think filly saluted at her second start.

So You ThinkThe Anthony Freedman trained Diamond Bliss did a few things wrong when finishing third on debut at Geelong on November 1, but improved her manners in this 1300 metre maiden to score a half length win as favourite.

Retained to race by her breeder, Diamond Bliss is a half-sister to Group I New Zealand One Thousand Guineas winner Costa Viva and stakes-placed Tarcoola Spirit being the fifth winner from Bel Esprit’s Group III winning daughter Vivacious Spirit.

Vivacious Spirit has foaled this spring producing a colt by Sebring.
