Yes Yes Yes became the first winner for Rubick when winning at Flemington back on December 15, then became the first stakes-winner for Coolmore Stud's highly popular stallion with a dominant performance in Saturday's Group II Todman Stakes at Randwick and is now favourite to give his sire his first Group 1 winner in the $3,500,000 Golden Slipper.
Making his first start for Chris Waller after being transferred from the disqualified Darren Weir, Yes Yes Yes was back last of the eight runners turning into the home straight but Blake Shinn could not hold him slow enough.
Brought to the centre of the track to mount his challenge, Yes Yes Yes quickly gathered in the leaders and despite the Pierro colt Bellevue Hill rallying under Tim Clark, Yes Yes Yes cruised to a half-length win with Dubious (Not A Single Doubt)
"That was a dynamic performance from an exceptional horse," Shinn said.
"He settled out the back off a quick speed, just enjoyed the first part of the race, came into it when we wanted and he was explosive when I gave him an inch of
"Bring on the Slipper."
Waller said the son of Rubick came to him in top order. 
"It's good to be able to take over a horse like this with prize money in the bank for the Slipper. Was good for my team to get familiar with the horse. We've had him for a number of weeks now, we picked out this race and full credit to the team where he has come from, they'd done a good job educating him well.
We've had him five or six weeks. I think he's just a ready-made horse. I don't have to make him run faster. He's put on weight, which is a pretty good sign. I think he'll come through the race pretty well the way the race was run."
Bred by Arlington Park Racing, Yes Yes Yes was consigned to the 2018 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale by Kitchwin Hills.
A half-brother to the stakes-placed Dee Nine Elle (Duporth), Yes Yes Yes was purchased by Darren Weir Racing/John Foote Bloodstock for $200,000.
He is the third winner from as many to race out of the Wellington Boot winner Sin Sin Sin (Fantastic Light), a half-sister to dual Group III AJC The Shorts winner Hot As Hell, the Listed Carrington Stakes winner Hell Flaming Hot and the Hong Kong stakes-winner Craig's Dragon as well as Hell It's Hot from the famed Vista Anna family nurtured by the Cobcroft family.
Kitchwin Hills consigned a Press Statement colt out of Sin Sin Sin to the 2019 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale where he was knocked down to Kurt Goldman for $70,000.
Sin Sin Sin foaled a Sebring colt on October 3 and was covered by Not A Single Doubt.
The most popular stallion in Australia last spring, Rubick covered 262 mares at a fee of $17,600.
