Fillies Fly Flag for Sir Prancealot

Media Release - Sunday May 5

From humble beginnings and lowly expectations has risen a stallion that is beginning to take on a set of dimensions that are truly ground breaking.

Sir PrancealotRetiring to stud in 2013, SIR PRANCEALOT came to prominence by taking out the Leading First Season Sire's title in Great Britain and Ireland and in a clever bit of commercial spin became the "first horse to beat Frankel".

However, such spin is no longer required with his 1st crop now delivering a set of statistics that are truly exceptional; From 105 foals Sir Prancealot has produced 63 winners from 91 runners (70%) and Stakes winners to runners ratio of an elite 7%.

Of those Stakes Winners, BEAU RECALL landed her second Grade 2 with a win in the Distaff Turf Mile in the race that followed the Kentucky Derby. The stone-cold ride by Irad Ortiz Jnr gave her rivals windburn in the final furlong and it is felt a future Grade 1 win is on the cards this season.

On the same day, but on the California turf at Santa Anita, LADY PRANCEALOT almost landed her first Graded victory with a second in the Grade 3 Senorita Stakes. This performance followed hot on the heels of GINGER NUT's Listed win in April that is delivering SIR PRANCEALOT with a 2.7 AEI ; An enormous return on investment for those that believed in this DANZIG free stallion with pre-potent genetics.

Offering similar Turf characteristics to Australia, SIR PRANCEALOT's US Statistics read as 11 runners, 8 winners, 13 wins, 5 Stakes Performers and 3 Stakes Winners.

Cornerstone Stud will be offering two SIR PRANCEALOT weanlings at Magic Millions and a bakers dozen of SIR P's at William Inglis Great Southern Sale.
