Woodside Park Stud is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Morningside Farm in Nagambie, a 1100 acre property located on the Goulburn River.

Woodside Park is home to Victoria's champion sire Written TycoonIn what can only be described as an exciting new phase in the development of the business, Woodside Park Stud plans to streamline its current operations in order to deliver a sustainable future for the organisation.

Woodside Park Stud's pre-training operation in Tylden on Trentham Rd, has been listed for sale, with the property containing world class stables, 80 horse boxes, an office complex, 1850m pro-ride track, 1800m grass track, water walker, 2 x horse walkers, 60m swimming pool and 60 spelling paddocks is sure to foster outstanding interest from any investor looking to get into the Victorian equine market.

Woodside Park Stud's high-class stallion roster is led by Victoria's Champion Sire Written Tycoon, the only active stallion in the country to have sired a G1 Golden Slipper colt and a G1 Blue Diamond colt, together with the proven Gr.1 producer Foxwedge. The pair stand alongside three, exciting young stallions; Rich Enuff, who will have his first crop of runners in the new season, Invincible Spirit's exciting son Cable Bay, and Deep Impact's only dual Australian G1-winning son Tosen Stardom.

For the current season, the stallions and entire breeding operations will remain at the Tylden property on Central Road, before gradually re-locating to the Morningside Farm in the coming years.
