Lot 64

From the first crop of Snitzel’s Group 1 winning son, In The Congo. Colts by In The Congo sold for up to $625k at the Gold Coast MM’s and averaged $195k across Books 1 and 2. In The Congo is a ¾ brother to the current unbeaten superstar, Autumn Glow. This colt is out of a Zoustar mare that is a half sister to West Of Swindon, a Group winning 3 year old in 25 / 26. He is poised to further update the page. His pedigree is full of depth on both sire and dam’s side!
Olly’s notes: The In The Congo colt is well balanced and well conformed. He moves nicely and has a nice head. The first crop of yearlings by his sire have sold very well so far and this colt has a strong pedigree to match his looks.

Lot 132

A filly by Brutal, who has sired two Stakes winning fillies, Jenni’s Meadow and Harlem Queen. He is also the sire of Nepotism, a Group 1 winning 2 year old from his second crop. At the same stage of their careers, Brutal has sired the same number of Southern Hemisphere Stakes winners as Hellbent and Toronado and more than Street Boss. She is from one of the great families of the Stud Book, being directly descended from Neville Begg’s wonderful mare Bonanova.
Olly’s notes: This is a very attractive filly with plenty of scope. Given her looks and pedigree she will be best suited when racing over a mile plus. She has a beautiful pedigree and her sire, Brutal, is trending in the right direction.

Lot 207

From the first crop of Artorius. A G1 winning 2 year old, G1 winning sprinter and a horse that competed at the highest level internationally. A first crop filly by Artorius sold for $200,000 at the Gold Coast MM’s. The filly is out of a mare by Domesday. He provides additional speed and is the broodmare sire of G1 winners Trapeze Artist and Benedetta. She hails from a very strong Western Australian family that also includes the star mare Daysee Doom, trained by Ron Quinton.
Olly’s notes: The first crop yearlings by Artorius that we have seen have been very nice and this filly is no exception. She is very forward and looks like she could be an early 2 year old. She is very strong, has a nice shape and moves nicely.

A first crop filly by Daumier, a Blue Diamond winner and the best two-year-old descended from Danehill’s outstanding son Commands. First crop colts by Daumier sold for $110k, $90k, etc at the MM’s Gold Coast. He is out of a mare by the great Medaglia dÓro. He is the broodmare sire of G1 winners Apocolyptic, Goldrush Guru, etc.
Olly’s notes: This colt has been very strong from when he was born. He has a lot of substance and moves well. He would be well suited to going into training or being prepared for the two year old sales.

Lot 423

A filly by Captivant, whose eldest progeny are 2 year olds. He has sired a winner from only 3 runners. She is from an outstanding family that keeps producing. The 2026 Magic Millions winner Unit Five is now on the page and My Gladiola is lining up for G1’s this Autumn, starting with the Lightning Stakes. The filly is out of a Sydney metro winning mare by Sebring. Sebring is the broodmare sire of emerging superstar Well Written, Caulfield Guineas winner Griff, etc.
Olly’s notes: This is a classy filly with a classy pedigree. She has plenty of scope, moves well and has a lovely outlook. There is so much happening in her pedigree and she is one to consider as a future broodmare as well as a racehorse.

Lot 447

Spirit of Boom has produced 15 individual 2YO stakes winners from a total of 29 stakes winners of all ages. His fillies include Sassy Boom, Keshi Boom, De Sonic Boom, etc. She is from a strong Stakes producing family that features G1 winner Mourinho. This filly is the first foal of a mare by Hinchinbrook. Top 2 year olds Sejardan and Zip Lock are also out of mares by Hinchinbrook.
Olly’s notes: This filly looks ready to run as an early 2 year old, which is not surprising considering her pedigree. She is well muscled, correct and has a nice outlook. Her dam was a good racemare and Spirit Of Boom is very well performed proven sire.

Lot 454

Alligator Blood… Peltzer’s first crop includes the Stakes winner Buccleuch, the recent Flemington Saturday winner Thanks Gorgeous and the promising Michael Freedman trained Sir Loyne. This colt is from one of the best families in the Australian Stud Book and is out of a sister to one of Australia’s best horses in recent years, Alligator Blood.
Olly’s notes: This colt is very strong and moves well. Like Buccleuch, he is by Peltzer and is out of a granddaughter of Danehill. He has a great pedigree, being out of a sister to Alligator Blood, who was one of Australia’s best horses in the past decade.

Lot 563

Hard to get any better…a Zoustar filly out of a Frankel mare who is out of a Dubawi mare. Zoustar is Australia’s best stallion, who is particularly influential with his fillies. Her dam was competitive with the best 3 year old fillies of her generation when she was fourth in the G2 Tea Rose Stakes. This is a deep pedigree, she is from the family of Too Darn Hot! Her 2 year old full sister, Next Surprise, is in training with Tony Gollan.
Olly’s notes: Zoustar fillies are lethal and this one is bred to be very good. The most influential stallions of the past 20 years appear close up in her pedigree. She looks sharp, has a beautiful hindquarter and a lovely action.

Lot 615

A filly by Australia’s most consistent, dependable sire, Capitalist. He is always in the top 10 active stallions in Australia. Capitalist’s fillies include Comrade Rosa, Lazzago, Memo, etc. This filly is a ¾ sister to the top class horse Clemenceau. Her dam sire, I Am Invincible is the broodmare sire of G1 winning fillies Kimochi and Asfoora.
Olly’s notes: This is a very attractive filly. She looks fast and has a lovely colour and head. She is medium sized. Capitalist is an underrated stallion. Consistency is his key quality and he produces an abundance of city class, Saturday horses.

A colt from the first crop of Daumier, the only November foal to ever win the Blue Diamond. Daumier was born on November 26, which illustrates what a precocious talent he was. The filly is out of a mare by Domesday. He provides additional speed and is the broodmare sire of G1 winners Trapeze Artist and Benedetta. He is bred on the same cross as the G1 winning 2 year old from this family, Pressday.
Olly’s notes: The Daumier – Domqualo colt is a big, strong horse with a lovely action. The first crop of our own stallion Daumier have impressed so far and this is another lovely example of what he produces. Strength, athleticism and a good attitude, which will hopefully combine for speed. This is a nice horse from a strong family.

A filly from the 1st crop of G1 Blue Diamond winner and Australian Champion 2-year-old Daumier. It is a pedigree based on speed. Her dam won over 1100m and her second dam was a Stakes winner as a 2 year old. She is out of a mare by I Am invincible, the broodmare sire of G1 winning fillies Asfoora and Kimochi. She is out of a mare by I Am invincible, the broodmare sire of G1 winning fillies Asfoora and Kimochi.
Olly’s notes: This Daumier filly has been nice since she was born. She has both strength and scope and she moves well. It is a plus that she is out of an I Am Invincible mare and she has a solid, fast, Australian pedigree.

Lot 793

A colt by Daumier, the only November foal ever to win the Blue Diamond. The only 2-year-old G1 winner in his crop of 6,450 colts. The colt’s dam Exceeds was a talented 2 year old. Her sire, Snitzel, is the broodmares sire of 6 G1 winners including Celestial Legend and Private Life. Her half sister, Mrs Maree, has an abundance of ability and she is in training with Clarry Connors. Her 2 year old half brother, by Tagaloa, was purchased as a yearling by Yulong and is in training with Matt Laurie.
Olly’s notes: This is a beautiful colt. He is all power and swagger. His mother was a very good 2 year old and his father was Champion 2 year old. His pedigree and physique line up and he’s a lovely prospect.
