Always one of the most interesting aspects of any sale is the presence of yearlings that were bought last year as weanlings for the purpose of re-sale, so a look at the prices of these pinhook horses gives buyers a good starting point as to what their respective vendors will be hoping to get in the sale ring as Magic Millions unfolds this week.

Lot 309 Colt Per Incanto (US) x Nasaayim – Segenhoe Stud, bought as a weanling for $500,000 from Shadwell Dispersal at Magic Millions National.

Lot 817 Colt So You Think x Bobine (USA)  – Coolmore Stud, bought for $475,000 as a weanling at Magic Millions National.


Lot 788 Filly Written Tycoon x Bel Selene – Newgate Farm, bought for $350,000 as a weanling at Magic Millions National.


Lot 412 Filly I Am Invincible x Quilista – Fernrigg Farm, bought for $340,000 as a weanling at Magic Millions National.


Lot 603 Colt Written Tycoon x Taraji – Segenhoe Stud, bought for $340,000 at Magic Millions National.



Lot 673 Colt Trapeze Artist x Viviette (IRE) – Vinery Stud, bought for $330,000 at Magic Millions National.


Lot 327 Filly Justify (USA) x Now Now – Silverdale Farm, bought for $300,000 as a weanling from Inglis Australian Weanling Sale.


Lot 668 Colt Toronado (IRE) x Vigilance – Silverdale Farm, bought for $260,000 as a weanling at Magic Millions National.


Lot 42 Filly Zoustar x Faustine – Widden Stud, bought as a weanling for $250,000 at Magic Millions National.

Lot 521 Colt Deep Field x Shy Talk – Widden Stud, bought for $250,000 at Magic Millions National.
