Quality galore in Inglis May (Early) Online Sale

G1 performers, proven producers, blueblood relations and an abundance of Metropolitan-winning racehorses form one of the most diverse and strongest Inglis Digital catalogues ever offered.

A total of 373 lots have been catalogued for the May (Early) Sale which includes 161 broodmares, 85 racehorses, 53 race fillies, 25 yearlings, 24 weanlings, 22 shares and three stallions.

The catalogue is now online and open for bidding.

A quartet of Chris Waller Racing-trained 3YOs – offered in conjunction with Coolmore and partners – headlines the catalogue.

Coastwatch

The G2 and G3 winner - and G1 placegetter - Coastwatch (pictured, Fastnet Rock) will be joined by G2 winner and last-start Rosehill winner O’President (Fastnet Rock) as well as lightly-raced, three-time city winners Starman (Zoustar) and Cape Breton (Vancouver).

There is also a 15-strong Godolphin unreserved broodmare reduction which includes well-related mares in foal to the likes of Brazen Beau, Astern, Harry Angel, Territories, Kermadec, Impending, Earthlight, Microphone etc.

Coolmore and Swettenham also have collections of broodmares on offer while there are drafts from the likes of Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott, Ciaron Maher Racing, Segenhoe, Rosemont, Blue Gum Farm, Widden, Ballymore Stables, Matthew Dunn, Sledmere, Supreme etc.

Cerberus – Lightly-raced Dundeel 3YO, a Stakes winner at just his third start, offered by Anthony and Sam Freedman

Estoril Park – Talented 4YO mare who was Group placed two starts ago (defeating Yes Baby Yes, who is being offered in tonight’s Chairman’s Sale) and a winner three starts ago

Gone Bye – Five-time winner of more than $250,000 in prizemoney, most recently 4th to Irish Sequel and Aleas, who compete in today’s Listed Wagga Gold Cup

Layton Abbey – Winning three-quarter sister to G1 winner Nakeeta Jane, offered IF to US Triple Crown winner Justify

Mistress of Doom – Three-quarter sister to G1 winner Daysee Doom, who is being offered in tonight’s Chairman’s Sale

There are quality yearlings and weanlings on offer by the likes of So You Think, Russian Revolution, Shamus Award, Deep Field, Merchant Navy, Foxwedge, Pierata, Zousain, Blue Point, Winning Rupert, Shalaa, Pride of Dubai etc as well as mares in foal to the likes of Russian Revolution, Toronado, Dundeel, Written By, Yes Yes Yes, Star Witness, Star Turn, Rebel Dane, Hellbent, Justify, Merchant Navy, North Pacific etc.

Inglis Digital graduates continue to shine on the track – horses off the platform have won 2172 Australian races so far this season, grossing $30,494,079 in prizemoney.

Most recently Witchachar Star – a graduate of the 2020 June (Late) Sale – won yesterday’s Listed Warrnambool Cup, taking his prizemoney to more than $350,000.

The final countdown of bidding for the May (Early) Sale begins from midday Wednesday.
