Tofane sells for $3.1million.

A $3.6million earning sprinter miler whose feature wins were the Group I ATC All Aged Stakes, BRC Stradbroke Handicap, MRC CF Orr Stakes and Tattersalls Tiara, Tofane also ticks the pedigree box.

She is a half-sister to Group III winning stayer No Compromise and this season’s quality 3YO Benaud runner-up in the Group I ATC Australian Derby.

Her dam Baggy Green is a half-sister by legendary sire Galileo to Group I winning mares Funstar and Youngstar, who are both now at stud in Japan.

Funstar was bought by Katsumi Yoshida last year for $2.7million through Inglis Digital and Youngstar was bought from the Inglis Chairman’s Sale the year before by Yoshida for $1.4million.
