Darley Announce 2023 US Fees

Tara Madgwick - Friday October 14

Darley have announced fees for their US roster in 2023 with veteran 23 year-old sire Medaglia D’Oro topping the list at US$100,000.

Newcomers for next year are Dubai World Cup winner Mystic Guide (Ghostzapper) and G1 winner Speaker’s Corner (Street Sense).

Missing from the US list is Anamoe’s sire Street Boss, who is currently at their Hunter Valley base covering this spring at a fee of $77,000.

The 18 YO son of Street Cry shuttled this year from Kentucky where he was priced at US$15,000 in 2022, so his fortunes have clearly risen higher in our part of the world.

The only sire currently in Australian that is on the US roster for 2023 is Frosted (USA), who is represented in the Everest by quality sprinter Ingratiating. His fee in Victoria this spring is $38,500, but in the US he is priced at just US$10,000
