Vast array of offerings in January (Late) Online Sale

Media Release - Friday January 20

Stakes winners, siblings to Group winners, potent international bloodlines and a potential candidate for the $10m Golden Eagle form another diverse catalogue for the Inglis Digital January (Late) Online Sale.

A total of 254 entries have been lotted for the sale, which is now open for bidding and closes from midday Wednesday.

Among the catalogue is 151 racehorses (66 race fillies), 47 broodmares, 36 racehorse shares and 12 yearlings.

Ringmaster

One of many highlights is talented 3YO Ringmaster (Zoustar), an exciting domestic and international racing prospect.

With a NSW Benchmark rating of 81 and likely HK Rating of 74, the Michael Freedman-trained Ringmaster (pictured) has broad appeal for multiple racing jurisdictions.

Adding to his appeal is the fact he is a three-time winner from just 10 starts - including his two most recent outings at Canterbury and Rosehill - and could prove to be an ideal candidate for races such as the $750,000 Inglis Sprint on March 4 and the $10m Golden Eagle toward the end of the Sydney Spring Carnival.

Well related Group placed filly Bohemian Daisy is another intriguing offering.

The 3YO Hellbent filly, trained by Annabel Neasham, was G3 placed as a 2YO behind See You In Spring in the Ottawa Stakes, is a half to another Group performer and is Danehill-free.

Bohemian Daisy is being offered as a breeding prospect.

Another highlight is US-bred mare Fire Opal (War Front), a sister to two Stakes winners.

Fire Opal was herself a $450,000 broodmare purchase three years ago and is offered in foal to exciting young stallion King’s Legacy.

There are also countless outstanding racehorse shares being offered in the sale, the likes of 15% in Listed performer Release The Beans, 12.5% in Listed winner Equation, 10% in Stakes placed Shalaman and 2.5% in G3 placed Pascero.

Other January (Late) highlights include:

Ain’t She Smart – Half sister to Stakes winner Ain’tnodeeldun, offered in foal to Golden Slipper winner Stay Inside

Bollinger Rose – Half sister to two Stakes winners, her I Am Invincible yearling last year sold for $400,000. Offered with a Toronado foal at foot

West Cork - $800,00 I Am Invincible yearling, a half brother to G1 winner Qafila

Word on the Street – Half sister to G3 winner Pierossa and sister to Stakes winner Ploverset.

There are also mares in foal to stallions including Toronado, Nicconi, Stay Inside, Cosmic Force, Encryption, King’s Legacy, Tiger Of Malay, Dubious, Acrobat, Dirty Work etc plus mares with foals at foot by sires such as Blue Point, Dundeel, Toronado, Zousain, Star Witness, Magnus, Doubtland etc.

The industry’s leading training and breeding operations have again supported the sale, with entries from the likes of Waterhouse/Bott, Maher/Eustace, Anthony Freedman Racing, Coolmore, Lindsay Park, Cumani Racing, Flying Start Syndications, Rosemont Stud, Swettenham Stud, Aquis, Middlebrook Valley Lodge, Matt Laurie Racing, Malua Racing, Lloyd Kennewell, Go Bloodstock, Kris Lees Racing, Rangal Park Stud, Nick Ryan Racing etc.

Supporters of Inglis Digital continue to be rewarded on the track, with graduates of the platform having won 1695 Australian races this season for more than $25m in prizemoney.

That equates to one in every five races won in Australia this season being done so by an Inglis Digital graduate.

The final countdown of bidding for the Inglis Digital January (Late) Sale begins from midday Wednesday.
