Prepared by Anthony and Sam Freedman, Clavadatsch was a short priced favourite and raced right away to win by eight lengths eased down.

Reta

ined to race by Coolmore and partners, Clavadatsch is the first foal of Group III placed Fastnet Rock mare Art Collection, a sibling to Australian Horse of the Year and five time Group I winning sprinter Lankan Rupee and to the dams of Group winner Count de Rupee and stakes-winner Manhattan Street.

Art Collection has a yearling colt by Pierro and was covered by Home Affairs last spring.
