With the Magic Millions sales extravaganza taking everyone’s attention over the past two weeks it’s easy to miss things, so if you want to catch up on all the trial activity for unraced progeny of first season sires check out the latest report.

Blue Point (IRE) is long overdue to sire his first Australian winner.

It seems astonishing that Blue Point (IRE) is yet to sire an Australian winner, while his barn mate Too Darn Hot (GB) has four and both stalllions have had loads of recent activity on the trial front.

Based on what we are seeing at the trials, Blue Point will get his first Australian winner and it will be soon.

Brutal and Tassort have had a good bit of action in January and Zousain has also had some interesting winners including his highest priced yearling Chateau Miraval that won a trial at Warwick Farm yesterday.
